Clients come to us with a business problem: workflows that are slow, data that is scattered, decisions that take too long. Our teams build custom AI software that solves it.

As an AI Software Developer, you’ll join one of those teams from day one. You’ll work as part of a single unit with architects, analysts, designers, and testers, not at the end of a handoff chain. You’ll see how a problem becomes working software, start to finish.

This is a first or early role. What matters is that you can build, that you’re curious about AI, and that you learn fast.

What you'll do

  • Build features that put AI to work inside client applications, from LLM integrations to retrieval and automation that people actually use.
  • Learn how a single team works by contributing at every stage, from clarifying requirements to testing what you build.
  • Write clean, tested code and review it with senior engineers who will tell you what they'd change and why.

What you bring

  • Recent graduates welcome. A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Limited professional experience is expected.
  • Solid programming fundamentals in at least one language, and something you've built to show for it, whether coursework, a side project, an internship, or open source.
  • Curiosity about AI. You've experimented with LLMs or AI tools and have opinions about where they work and where they don't.
  • Comfort working on-site in St. Louis as part of a small team, and explaining your thinking in plain language.
