What it's like on our team
One team, no handoffs
Discovery, engineering, and quality work as a single unit. You'll see a problem through from the first conversation to working software.
Problems before technology
We start with the client's business problem and choose the tools after. AI is how we solve it, not the reason we're there.
Defects caught early
We fix problems in requirements and design, where they're cheap, instead of finding them at the end of the pipeline.
