Software is a hard thing to make interesting, and most of our category doesn’t try. We think that’s an opening.

Auxiliary Digital is a team of experts that builds custom software for real business problems. Along the way we built our own products: FluentC, which makes translation work out of the box for websites, apps, and AI workflows, and Vindex, which scores user stories for quality before code gets written. We have a lot of expertise and a lot to say. We need someone who can make people want to listen.

As Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll own how we show up on social media and invent new ways to promote us and our products. You’ll bring the ideas, run them, and tell us what the results say. You’ll work with the people who build the software, so you’ll never be short of material.

What you'll do

  • Own our social media presence by setting the voice, planning the content, and growing an audience of the business leaders we want to reach.
  • Invent creative ways to promote Auxiliary Digital and the products our teams built, including FluentC and Vindex, then run them from pitch to result.
  • Work side by side with engineers, designers, and testers to turn what they know into content people want to read and watch.
  • Measure what works and tell us plainly what to make more of and what to stop.

What you bring

  • 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, with a real audience you grew or a campaign you ran to point to.
  • A portfolio or social accounts that show your best work, and the numbers behind it when you can share them.
  • Original ideas. You've done something your category hasn't, and you can explain why it worked.
  • Strong writing, and good judgment about what to post and what to leave alone.
  • Comfort with technical topics and the people who know them, plus the patience to translate their expertise into plain language.
  • Comfort working hybrid, with some days in our St. Louis office.
